Mine broke, i bought from ebay, $15 i think, came from China..

I am so damn disappointed that the Pixel 7 Pro I bot last year is not capable of Wifi 6E (or Wifi 7) given that all modern routers now support the 6 GHz band.

As I understand it this is a "geo restriction" and upgrading to a Pixel 8 does not solve the problem, and worst still, its a chip restriction so that no firmware upgrade is possible.

So much for buying a phone supposedly with the best future proofing

Do we have to wait for the Pixel 9 to get 6Ghz capability ?

Actually I am also puzzled why there is no best take and magic editor for pixel 7 and 7 pro. Imagine all these features goes to google photo even for iPhone. Machiam iPhone is the amdk power phone even Google need to kneel down to them? Sibei funny like that. Pixel users any comments?

Huh ? when you did you last update your photos app ? Magic editor is already available on both my 7 and 7 pro. Best Take is still not available on my Google Photos app though.

Consider eSIM. Have been using it for sometime. Have 3 eSIMs on my device. Never had to use the SIM tray. To eSIMs can be active at one time. Great for roaming.
