Same issue as me. After some resetting on Gomo’s end, still didn’t work. So Gomo will be sending a replacement SIM card to me, free of charge. Not delivered yet so don’t know if the replacement SIM will work.Unfortunately for me my GOMO 5G SIM cannot be detected in Pixel 8 Pro but works fine on iPhone 15 Pro Max. The chat agent also said the only way is for them to deliver the SIM card. Made no mention that I could go to a SingTel shop to get a replacement SIM. I asked for expedited delivery and delivery is scheduled two days after I chatted with them.
Are you going to try your luck at a SingTel shop? If so, could you update again whether it works?

Also, dropped my phone twice at the restaurant last night - the bar top (at Thevar) is slightly tilted, putting the phone faced down was a bad idea.
It passed drop test from about 1 meter height. Dented some corners, phone screen is fine. And my Mous case is still being processed by Singpost.
I’ll update again if the new SIM card they are sending me works. But I think no harm asking for one. They are not charging for that.GOMO chat agent told me that new replacement SIM card will not solve issue and their relevant team are working on technical issue with GOMO SIM cards for Pixel 8 series & will update me again soon. Last night 1st chat agent told me that estimated within 3 to 5 working days before i receive update but last chat agent earlier today did not provide me an update to revert back. Their final advice was to use existing GOMO SIM which works on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I probably will not visit Singtel shop as it is inconvenient for me.

You tried getting a replacement GOMO SIM card from Singtelshop before? When I chatted with Gomo, this doesn’t seem to be an option.Just go straight to the singtelshop.
