Received the original Google Silicon case for my Bay. Overall, the feel and quality of the case are top notch. The exposed camera area is the only concern, have to take extra care. Haha. Loving my P8P even more now!
If you are very particular, the camera notch is a scratch magnet, especially the silver one on pro, hit on something come off already.
Matt on non pro not so obvious .

Oh no, I cannot afford to have scratches on my device.... guess I have to change it back to my ringke case, and use this one for special occasions... hai

It’s normal. GPS coupled with the screen on is a massive battery killer

Since I got the device it would not connect to certain previously used WiFi networks. I reset modems/routers changed passwords, networks I could previously connect would not let me join while others worked perfectly. Saw a few threads about other people experience same thing.

Fi support would not acknowledge any know issues but the support they provided worked.

Settings... System... Reset options... Reset mobile network (do not need to reset sim). I even asked should I reset WiFi... She said no. After the reset I restarted my phone and I connected to the network I previously had issues with the new phone.

Hope it helps, I was worried I would have to wait for an update. I was blowing through cell data at work because it wouldn't connect to one of the main WiFi networks I used alot.

For Wi-Fi issues.

Mine seems ok. Not need to charge twice a day. But then I'm just an average user, no gaming on the phone. However I do noticed that the AOD does eat quite a lots of battery juice. I do hope Google can give us the option to turn off AOD based on scheduled timing. I do not need AOD to be on during my sleep at night.
