I noticed my phone will always freeze/lag badly when switching apps while having DBS Digibank app opened and logged in. Not sure if it's a DBS app feature.

According to an updated article dated 8 February:

"The problem has presumably been resolved for Google to make it 100% available, while the company provided a fix for those impacted."
