Means it's only me... How many times I clear cache storage uninstall and reinstall same green android icon... Can use the app just my ocd kicking in very annoyed

Is it only for your home screen app icon or in the app drawer as well?

If it's the home screen one then maybe try removing it and adding it again?

That's why i kept saying there's inconsistency in google's part. you may have a green icon, while other users may encounter issues downloading the app from the play store. and, others reported gestures like tap to check not working

Have you checked the privacy settings for Carousell or happen to have apps that toggle individual privacy settings of your other apps?
