After using the P8 (non-pro) for several days, the phone still gets pretty warm. Similar to my Pixel 7. My usage is just regular surfing and FB, no gaming or intensive apps. Using it without a casing too.

Anyone feels the same?
I agree it gets warm very fast. Once the screen is turned on a few mintures, you can feel the back warming up.

I just received it and put on the tgsp from Amazon Tersely SP. But it is not a perfect fit even when i use the spigen alignmaster to align the protector. can see air gaps on the sides

Oh no, I returned the Spigen tempered glass and bought this. Looks like need to wait for something better to come out. Until then I will use this temporarily.

Yikes I bought it too based on the recommendation here...now out for delivery.

No wonder it went out of stock... Snapped up by all the HWZners here 😂

I guess it's an inherent Tensor issue and not easily fixed. Looking on the bright side, it can be used as a hand warmer for those heading to cold countries as we near the end of the year lol!

Yea i applied oil. I took out the protector and realign it myself. Then i use the sticker to remove some of the dust because i reuse the protector. Then only left very thin layer of air gap on the two sides which was fixed with a cotton bud soaked in vegetable oil. Now looking great after wiping it with alcohol.

The trick is to align the protector lower such that the front camera is closer to the top part of the camera hole on the protector. This will remove the air gap for top and bottom. then just align the protector in the middle to minimize the air gap on left and right side. then let the oil do the rest. So still workable but need to align nicely cuz the edges are slightly curved which explains why many protector for p8p have black border. Hope it helps those who bought Tersely SP.:)

Thanks for the tips, but sounds like more complicated than cooking!
