Yah, I told them the SIM I received yesterday was still not working so they went to the back room and got me a new SIM within 5 mins. Finally it's working on my P8P. So I believed the ones dispensed by the machine might not work. It has to be of the '3' series serial number.

I believe any official Singtel shop will do but not the retailers. I went to the CWP one.

I'm surprised gaming performance for the MOBA I play is better on P8P than my S23U, better FPS stability and more responsive inputs even though other parameters remains largely the same like wifi router, distance to router, in game graphics settings etc.

Heat generated also lesser than S23U surprisingly.

Hopefully that means google managed to optimize android 14 as a whole on their own devices.

Battery consumption seems like a bit higher than S23U though but its my 1st day of usage.

Read through the CNET article, basically Pixel has an issue with DNG raw images not including all details and cannot view. Don't take raw photos so not affected.
Camera got some weird fuzzy issues and artifacts as well.

The phone is still new comparing to the old Pixel 7 Pro. I believe P7P also started with issues as well.

I am currently using starhub and my SIM card is from 5 years ago. No issues when I put it into my p8p.
