8hr sot is very good leh..
I'm heavy user so I'll consider it good only if I can quickly charge it back up.

But with the slow charging speed, 8hr SOT from 100-8% is not enough for me and I need to charge it whenever I have a power plug nearby.

I scared magsafe expose battery to heat too long then wouldn't last so never use.

Yeah more or less lol. But my point is the 8hrs SOT comes at the cost of almost the whole 5000mAh battery capacity.

Usually when I hit 8hrs SOT, there'll only be like <10% left.
8 hrs SOT only on Wifi or mixed with mobile data?

The thermometer feature does feel quite gimmicky, maybe it would have been better if they added thermal imaging like those CAT phones. :ROFLMAO:

I also thought 8 hours of SOT is pretty dam good lol.
Good but not enough for me. Like that say I think S23U could have lasted me 10hrs SOT at least. Didn't even had to check.

It'll be great if can charge quickly but no. :frown:

No, I spent money for a 5G capable handset and 5G plan, I shouldn't compromise to use 4G......don't get me wrong, my response not targeted at you. Just I feel Google should have used the SD8Gen2 or at least SD8+Gen1 based Tensor G3 instead of Exynos
It's a cost plus supply plus contract issue ba, all the good chips taken up by Samsung, nothing left for Google.

Apple take majority of TSMC chips, their production and needs are multiple that of Google who is considered "small" player.

My VIVIFI 5G plan trial expiring this month so I should get used to lower speeds again. :s22:

Maybe as you mentioned, Pixel Production Volume should also be much lower compared to the big boys, unable to wrestle for a good price maybe. They should have like Nothing, used the older but still yet smooth SD8+Gen1 to save costs. That just my personal opinion.

[PSA] 🔊 Users with singtel SIM cards may encounter the message 'this SIM is no longer supported' on their P8P. contact your carrier to get a new SIM

Thank you for this. Also clarified with google support that the physical sim needs to be Class C.

Has anyone asked singtel yet to specifically supply a CLASS C sim card? If yes, how did that interaction go?
