So I emailed CTDI and US sets are covered under warranty here in Singapore. Very tempting to get one Bay 512 GB from the US during the black friday deals.

Never pay with the Amazon currency converter . Let your bank do the conversion. Pay in USD.

Best is to write in to Healthy 365. The more people email/complain, the higher the chance the fix will come sooner rather than later.

Exactly. Till today, they still have not fixed the problem though they replied me that they have "forwarded it to the relevant people". We need more people to write in!
