Hi....looking for something value for money. Which will you pick?
- Nord 4
- pixel 8a
- nothing 2a
- Motorola g stylus 2024

Thanks
Nord 4: good mid-range, but getting a bit old
Pixel 8a: good camera and long software support
Nothing 2a: unique design, decent performance for the price
Motorola G Stylus 2024: good if you want the stylus feature, but specs a bit weaker

Will pick pixel 8a or 8 if you can find for around the same price as pixel 8a.
Currently I am using pixel 8 but I cracked my screen. While looking of other alternatives based on value for money, pixel 8a is always the winning. Just wondering how to spend the money not getting the "exact" same phone.

465 good deal for pixel 8a?
Wah, quite good deal leh — around 42% off from Google Store retail price $799. still got security and feature updates until May 2031, so if buy now (2025), still can get 6 more years of updates sia!

Only bad point is only 128gb. And no microSD... But if 128gb is enough, then that's fine.

It's a good buy so long you can live with 128gb. Nowadays apps getting bigger and bigger. The current 128gb is like 64gb in the past. And apps will probably get bigger in future too...

If you don't have much apps, it's fine I guess. Nowadays it's common for budget phones already offering 256gb as standard. Google still offering 128gb as standard...

Recently I have purchased a Pixel 8a from Shopee. When I tried to setup for Google Pay, it said that I cannot set up and I need to call the bank. Do you have this issue ?

thanks for the reply. I am using POSB Everyday card and Youtrip. Both not able to add to Google Pay Contactless payment. Chat with Google Support and let see if there is a solution.

Just to update on this issue. Recently there was an update on Google Wallet and after the update, I managed to add cards into Google Pay for contactless payment. I am happy now.
