I just got Zoom Enhance on my P8P by editing a photo, swipe to "Tools" then you should see Zoom Enhance just above. Tap on it and it should prompt you to install additional editing tools.

Back then was all about benchmarking.

Now, it more toward AI. So i suppose they will focus chips that improvise their AI instead of the benchmarking performance.

But in comparison, most ppl will focus on benchmarking. While pixel phone nowdays focussing on AI relevantly than performance.
