That's strange. Red White Mobile collects payment first before allowing you to check the item. The reason they claim is because the box is still sealed.

Have bought from Kasia, Hi tec and Redwhite before. All is pay first before opening up the box. Once I bought a phone from Kasia and the phone took out from box, turned on for me to check, but the boot up time was sooo slow, I told the guy I'm not taking that set, so he got his assistant to take another sealed set to open up, this time round boot up speed was more normal. Actually all 3 shops the people are quite all right, as long as I done my research and walk into the store and know what I want, they will deal OK with you.

Anyone tried airplane mode? Kena damn jialat coz of it.

Activated it by accident, undid it, then now phone cannot call out or receive calls. Factory reset no help, change sim card also cannot help...

Airplane mode seems to be still active for voice calls, but data and SMS services are working. Now trying to ask the Lazada seller to helpe RMA with a fee. If no choice then bring to HTC to see if can repair.

Either you fly to OZ/ship it to someone in OZ to get it exchanged at JB HIFI or try to contact Google OZ.

No, they won't. You will need someone or a forwarder to either bring or ship the phone back to SG.

mehhh. my vibration motor thingy broke. somehow came loose out if a sudden, and can hear some rattling in the phone. and the vibration now is so soft and weird. lol. oh well. never did drop the phone or anything before

The motor buzzing sound will make your nerve on fire too I guess
Short term soln: I rooted phone and used VibraFix app to solve that issue. now all vibrations silence.
Better to replace when travel to place you bought. Sending in for replacement set thru mail is too hassle.

If bought thru CGW and ask them help with RMA process, the return phone back to SG don't need pay GST again as it's replacement phone.
