Not related, just need a plug converter/adapter. The plug can be US/EU/UK, the fast charge will still work. Anyway Pixel is based on USB PD (max 18W - 5V 3A or 9V 2A), hence can use other USB PD chargers.

no 3.5mm jack is almost a dealbreaker for me though, i dont want carry extra headphone just in case i want to listen music i use 3.5 for my 3ds and other game stuff

i just tried to go google store, then they say not available in ur country, then u can select the store. i heard you need US credit card to buy though. discount applied in cart.

Go to store.google.com and choose US. You will need to use forwarder, i.e., ship it to a forwarder to be able to ship back to SG.

i can't seem to get it to work either. It keeps prompting me with can't complete the transaction.

Can i ask whether i put my sg address as billing address or US forwarding address? Also what bank's CC do you guys use?

All addresses must use US address, i.e., forwarder address. Google has certainly changed something in the way they verify purchases. I haven't been able to make a successful transaction this year on Google store, even though I have made many purchases in past years. I also would suggest to wait at least 4 hours between retries, otherwise you may get locked out.
