From what I see the specs across NA and ROW models, LTE 4G is working.
I could stay with that if don't have 4G+ also since staying with 3G to save on battery and data for like a year. I got used to 3G

Don't see a good reason to get NA model if full price is equal, higher or around those from UK. At the moment, this might be one of the best options.
