Now that I'm using google assistant daily, won't consider phones without google assistant already. Google now on tap is still far from assistant. Hope they bring assistant to all phones in the future.

Only complaint is camera sucks, Samsung is still better. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Now that I'm using google assistant daily, won't consider phones without google assistant already. Google now on tap is still far from assistant. Hope they bring assistant to all phones in the future.

Only complaint is camera sucks, Samsung is still better. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Bro cheesepie , can share how is assistant is diff from tap? It's mainly a voice activated and interactive search engine right? Isn't it weird to talk to a phone esp when u r outsai? Thks

My friend sold me his. And I haven't tried the V20 yet haha. Wa, that means it's really a matter of time before other users' 5X dies. No more if, and more of when.

Yeah I was just unfortunate to have a phone that died 1 day after warranty expiration from sgbest.

Got to suck it up. It is just my luck.

Good thing was, I got gold for my IPPT yesterday.

I hope my "naked" (w/o warranty) pixel can last me another year.

Very interactive search engine, i mainly use it to take down notes, set alarms, reminders, do mathematical functions, conversion, call people, Whatsapp, etc. No need to talk loudly, just need to speak clearly. So outside still can use, but if is in a train while in underground it will not work well cos of the loud surrounding noise. You must get used to it lo, once nicely done, people will not see you as weird but see you as super cool guy! Haha many are impressed with the assistant of pixel when they see me using it.

Whattt? My Pixel takes similar, if not slightly better photos than the S7. And I'm talking about the rear camera.

For the front camera, I like Samsung's wider angle but I absolutely can't stand the postprocessing. Even with beauty mode off, there still seems to be some processing being done.

I think they are quite close. Really down to personal preference. Me and my wife also prefer Samsung.

ya agreed... it's pretty fun to use and it's speech recognition is very good.
I got my wife to say "ok google", it doesn't activate at all lol

I always use the assistant to ask for "fastest way to XXXXX"

I used my S3 for 3+ years. And it is still working until now. Already in 4th year.

It all boils down to your luck even though you take care the phone. I have never dropped a phone before.
