It's about $1000.

Somebody just sold a 128GB Pixel XL with SP + case for $850 on Carousell earlier this week. Got sold within minutes.

Everyone else is advertising for close to near retail price but there aren't any takers (that I can see publicly). I suspect most get sold a lot less than their advertised prices.

The phone's a niche market. The price is dropping now due to S8 coming out and the next drop will be when Pixel 2 is out (that's 6 months later in October).

Well, Google ownself cockup and pushed an internal unreleased version. The warning was meant for google staff who are roped in to test the new firmware. I'm not a Google employee, So why is this breaking EULA?
