It's liddat since N6P. You need to be further away from the subject. It can't get as close as other phone cam, just a limitation of the lens. Just a quote.

The minimal focal distance is about 3 inches. Only thing you can do is stay at least 3 inches from your subject and crop the image in post. It's a physical limit of the lens and nothing to do with software. It's how lenses work.

Anyone knows how to automatic configure Google Pixel with SingTel Wifi?

Normally my SingTel SIM Card will automatically connect on my past export Android Xiaomi/Samsung/LG phones?

Thank in advance everyone 😀

I've not tried this before on a pixel, but this is what i did last time on an older phone. When trying to connect to Singtel Wifi, see if there's a setting called EAP method, change the option to SIM, and that should be it.

Is it still worth to get Pixel? My mind almost settled for G6 and I itchy browse this thread and saw MKBHD phone camera blind test, so now considering Pixel as well. I only has budget for 32GB, a bit worried if 32Gb is enough for me. Thank you.

I was using S8.... Used it for a few days and now I'm back to my Pixel. There's just something magical about Pixel. And I'm not even modding it at all. Using it purely stock. I just prefer stock Android the way Google wants it to be more than OEMs skins. And the camera, is just so good.

Pixel itself is already so expensive and its price didn't drop till now, couldn't imagine Pixel 2. :(

Seriously? Camera is kind of my priority too beside the pure stock experience. For the unlimited Google Drive for full size photos and 4K videos, will they retain as it is by not eating up Drive space once you are not using Pixel anymore?

Software experience wise, hard to beat Pixel. The speed and responsive will probably win S8. Camera with HDR+ mode is still unbeatable also. It's a bit hard to tell for me whether it'll retain the drive storage though, too many things there. They don't really indicate also. But most likely once uploaded it will not suddenly start to count against your drive storage just because you stop using Pixel.

But that said, it's kinda hard to recommend the Pixel now. The price is still steep, and no warranty. Also unlike a lot of flagship phones around it doesn't have water resistance. I have a friend who ordered a Pixel the same time as me back in early November, his died a few weeks back due to water damage.

Unless you really really really really like what the Pixel is offering, for us in SG a phone like S8 or G6 might be a more pragmatic choice. Unless you get find a cheap used Pixel around. :s13:

I think so long as the photo/video was uploaded via a Pixel, it will stay and not count towards Google Drive storage. I think Google mentioned the unlimited upload at original resolution is lifetime?

Yah not to mention the very up to date software and comparatively flawless software experience.
