Problem is availability. I have been trying to get black 128GB international set for some time, either thru Google or Amazon, but also no stock. No thing whether to get the US set anot
:(

still using my N6P though..

Pixel itself is already so expensive and its price didn't drop till now, couldn't imagine Pixel 2. :(

Seriously? Camera is kind of my priority too beside the pure stock experience. For the unlimited Google Drive for full size photos and 4K videos, will they retain as it is by not eating up Drive space once you are not using Pixel anymore?

Try Carousell or AirFrov.

Don't buy Pixel if there is no warranty.

If you follow the news, Google has the reputation of bricking the phones with their software update or whatever manufacturing defect that Google tries to claim.

My mouthpiece is intermittent now. If it gets warmer, the other party will not be able to hear.

Buy if you are willing to accept the risks.

You could be rooting too much?

My 128gb quite black still perfect from day 1. Receiving OTA updates monthly and still super smooth.

Couldn't be happier with the photo results.

Agreed, my black 128g Australia version is working almost flawlessly Fri, day 1. Got some small bug like the weather widget somehow doesn't update show night occasionally but not impt.

I guess if u keep to public release updates only it should generally be stable bah. Google made the pixel for the mainstream user unlike the nexus series (more for tech savvy crowd) hence I think the public releases should be quite stable

Thanks bros for the advice. Is $850 for Pixel 128GB used set with small dent considered cheap? Thank you.

haha. it's a bit hard to say that's cheap since just around a $100 more gets you a brand new S8 already. :s13: But well, the Pixel was so expensive to begin with.

It's liddat since N6P. You need to be further away from the subject. It can't get as close as other phone cam, just a limitation of the lens. Just a quote.
I mean I do understand camera and lens limitations in this area but I said that when comparing against my note 5 which I'm still holding on to. I took the same subject from same distance and note 5 is a tad sharper than pixel. Granted I didn't go check the camera specs on both in detail so it might be a difference in specs.

The other thing I noticed about pixel is that it looks super sharp when composing and focusing on the macro subject but once I take the pic, it is slightly blurry. I'll try to do so with my tripod set up and self timer to prevent camera shake as best as I can.

Sorry for the long reply tho! Just that I did see some users commenting on macro photography when compared to other phones so I got curious and tested for myself

You saw that in carousell right? Tempted also on that one. But decided to pass. If 750 I'll get it in a heartbeat. Lol.

Suddenly realized my WhatsApp keeps displaying "you may have new messages". When I open the app, my messages starts coming in. I've sent messages out but it's not getting delivered (single tick). Anyone else with this issue?

I've been a Nexus user since the Nexus 4 and have never have any of my Nexus phones bricked.

Yup same, my N5 is also still fine, except for the degraded batt, but my N6P is dead unfortunately.

Hi guys,

What is the lowest-cost method to import Google Pixel from U.S? Not interested in the current iteration, just want to get ready for Pixel 2.

Also, any well-known 3rd party retailers from US who will sell at a lower price than Google itself at Launch?
