Google play store and access in China

can our hp access Google play store when in China?

is it better to get an airport router or buy a SIM card in China to access internet?

please advise.

You won't be able to access Play Store and Google if you use a SIM bought in China. You can get a roaming data plan from our Singapore telco to get on those Google apps when you are in China.
