What to do? Sometimes users post here (like we are told to, for feedback issues), almost same day replies.

Other times I feel they simply turn a blind eye, bo notice the thread, then it gets buried and forgotten.

Like we mentioned already... there is no way we can determine the context because all the links are dead.

Motive or not... there is no way to prove it and no way Boss can determine unless boss have the actual thread still ALIVE.

Why was the feedback overlooked in it's first week (it's been more than 1.5 years)?

Please ask the mod who gave the infraction to explain about the decision for the infraction.

Don't you think we would have advised the moderator and thus the infraction reversal? That doesn't happen automatically, nor can the moderator do so.

Why couldn't it have been an accidental infraction? Or a misunderstanding?
