Got infracted for posting this post

Can hwzadmin how this is called as Forum Nuisance based on the reason that I was infracted ?

I was just trying to tell other ppl not to make the same mistake I once did

Becoz of this I lost my gf and kid and I went to jail and paid for the price I did

I seriously doubt the quality of moderating in HWZ. Moderators are on pure volunteer basis, if they are unable to moderate properly, it is time for them to give up on moderating duties then

I regret to hear experience if it was a real encounter, but I've the following to comment:-

You're a member for a few years now and you can't even form a thread in EDMW to differentiate if it's a serious thread or one that's to make fun and troll others to reply (and there's quite a bit of that happening in EDMW).

I can't even tell if it's a genuine post or not if not for this post here in the feedback forum.

Problem is any tom, dick or harry can be a mod and there are some mods who abuse their power and suka suka infract here and there, even suka suka dig up old posts to infract you and then claim its because someone reported you. Ya right, if anyone wanted to report you, why would he wait for over a month?

Doesn't help when there is no transparency. Remember the incident with the mod first removing the word "Pinoy" from the Starbucks thread and after a MASSIVE backlash the mod added back the word but used "Filipino"?

Lame arse excuse about "pinoy" not being an appropriate word. Well if its not appropriate, why not replace it with "Filipino" right away? Why delete it as though trying to hide the nationality?

According to Beejay there is no pinoy mod. Well he/she may not be pinoy but he/she certainly acts as if he/she enjoys carrying pinoy bollocks.

So it means some got away without being infracted - by right he should have been infracted, right? Attribute that to reports, people reading old threads (it's the internet!), etc. There's a sane reason, but of course anybody on the receiving end would be unhappy and kick up a fuss about it. As long as the infraction is valid for what it is being issued for, there's nothing wrong there.

Trying to compare scenario A vs. scenario B, C, D, will be an endless debate as the volume to contend with in EDMW is insane to begin with. Let's just deal with things one at a time and not complicate matters. This is supposed to be a simple discussion forum; not dealing with life itself!

As for that particular incident cited, it's time to stop harping about old matters. I've been open enough to explain the situation and I did say it's our admin's error and we've apologized. What motive do you think we might have? The last thing we want to do is to create more problems. Isn't there enough issues in EDMW??
