This year payment will be getting in 30th July. Both 2022 and 2023 is 2 business day from 1 aug. Is always 2 business day from suppose payout date.

I work in the bank in payments for close to 30 years. I have since retired. Govt payout is always based on working days not exact date. Is always 2 working days before.

Both 2022 and 2023 are 28th July because is exactly 2 working days before 1aug. This year is 30th July. Is not rocket science.
