Notice more and more Indian and Ah Tiong bus drivers lately.

Some drive fast, some unfamiliar with traffic condition. Add pressure to keep with bus timing = higher chance of accident.

Die liao loh like that. Now even less drivers due to suspensions.

Bro. I wanted to have a stable job, so during early 2000s. I join sbs,the rotating shift is tiring enough. What happens if traffic jam? Your meal time gets eaten. Some more, i don't have a fix route, have to memorise 9 to 10 routes as a standby driver, there's more, but won't want to disclose here.

Actually I really wonder who invented the concept of rotating shifts. Why not just have 2 fixed shift (5am-2pm and 2pm-11pm) and then allocate drivers to each shift permanently unless it’s really necessary to change, while having a third smaller group set aside each week for standby replacements?

the human body is not made to keep adapting to different awake timings (that’s why there’s jet lag)

Actually most drivers will want to drive morning shift, that's why they have this damn rotation shift.
For morning shift, we have to be at the bus stop at around 3am to 4am for the employee bus, for night shift drivers, we will reach home around 1 am.
If i can choose our shifts, i will be willing to join them again.

Too many ftrash sub-standard drivers cuz of low pay, few sinkies want to do. Increase pay to 6k, stop hiring ftrash then more sinkies will take up
