Special Job Openings: Training & Project Executives
The Collective headed by FutuReady Asia Singapore is looking to fill up to 4 Training & Project Executives for Specialised High Level Programmes.
If you are someone who
- is a new graduate finding a job or/and wants to experience 1-year traineeship or
- is a mid career individual who has lost your job as a freelancer instructor or facilitator in Outdoor Learning / Youth Development due to Covid19 or
- wants to try out a new industry with multiple differentiated learning experience
We are looking for potential candidates to scale up our initiatives and programmes for 2021 hence we are taking the rest of year 2020 to train new blood and strengthen a new generation of Change-makers
Applicant shall be required to
+ Design, Prepare & Conduct Character & Leadership programme (including Outdoor Learning)
+ Plan & Execute events
+ Involve & Implement Community Projects
+ Facilitate High Level Debrief & Discussions
+ Any duties assigned by the management
Applicant must be a Singaporean or SPR who may possesses (but not necessarily) a Diploma or Degree with relevant experience in Outdoor education, Experiential Learning & Developmental Programs.
Applicant should have an outgoing and dynamic personality and shall must be savvy in IT skills.
They should be confident & be Bilingual (in both English + 1 Other Language - any including dialect), both presenting and writing skills.
Applicant shall be able to travel with any short notice given.
An Outgoing and dynamic personality.
Those who are currently working in similar sector and/or under going through career transition or facing job loss during Covid19 are preferred.
