Interview 7 local candidates only, then talk so much as if the local workforce owes him a living? Ask him slim down first then talk la. Own body can’t take care how to take care of company?
And Delane should also wake up and accept the fact that an interview is a two way street. The candidate is also assessing you as an employer just as you are assessing him as an employee. Don't make it sound as if the employee's role is to be subservient.
In normal times maybe not realistic. In times like this where most company freeze hiring or even mass retrenchment, still got interviews can laugh already
