thailand tap water cannot drink haiz... need to use alot of plastic..

went to have BKT yesterday, BKT here is much better, same price as SG around $15, but 2x the portion, got like 6 paigus

bulking and gyming so had a couple of meals

also, i want to lodge a complaint sia.. this room got no clothes hanger..

if people want to wash clothes have to hang like that.. so unsightly.

finding it hard to find proper food to hit the calories required daily for bulking.

either too little rice, or too little protein. or too little of both. need to take 3-4 scoops of protein powder which is too heavy on the kidneys (max i stick to 1.5 usually in SG) so today went out shopping for some food to cook.. need to start getting adapted to living in thai.

wah, one whole shelf full of spicy sauce... cannot eat spicy better dont come to thai.

even got tomato sauce, spicy with chili

price of chicken breast around $2... in SG its around $3.50. good value.

some pics of thai cai png... choose what u want and then add rice. like i said, all spicy one. cannot take spicy better not live in thai
