Surprised YTF was so high calorie food (weigh before & after YTF). Having lighter brekkie as need to shave off some calories

While no major quakes today, over 1000++ minor quakes in Tokara islands since June 21 still very worrisome. Since energy can't be destroyed, these minor quakes might leads to accumulation of massive energy underneath. Longer it drags, more energy gets accumulated. And when it finally blows off, gonna be catastrophic. Not letting down my guards just yet, no travel in July around the region

even threw away the soymilk maker. u know how troublesome to prepare? need to soak soybeans overnight, dehull, remove spoiled beans, wash, into machine. and there also machine washing & cleaning part to follow-up

I see the couple making the soymilk and douhua every evening..plus the amount of fresh pandan they use really fragrant.

Their grass jelly also very herbal shiok.

wah..u very patient to shred chicken! where's the black fungus?

anyways, i highly recommend these 2 instant ramen...our fellow spain road-trip traveller brought this from Nagoya and they were spectacular during our airbnb stays!
