How come is 86sqm when 4 room flat size is standard around 93sqm.. ??

Maybe due to design floor plan? Dawson is nice location.

since don't know which year starts, HDB floor area calculation method changed from measuring wall to wall, to now middle of wall to middle of wall. this essentially shrunk the effective usable internal floor area, while keeping the published floor area unchanged. so who is lying that the floor area remained unchanged?

Couples dnt want kid or 1 kid the max.
So dnt really need to hv big spacious space anymore.
