In the 90s, one would go to Rosette Restaurant at Nasim Hill SHATEC on Fridays night as they used to feature Gourmet Night - a glass of wine to go with every course at SGD50 per pax.. food and services done by students. One of the best fine dining experience one would have.

Yes, very good !
Price is really worth it as it included the cocktail.
The cocktail was good combination cos the gin brought out the coffee taste to the fullset but the gin was too strong.
I could only drink half.

I think if ala carte alcohol, will be charged at usual rate.
Not sure as I don't order alcohol unless it is included in the set.

Let me tell you lah! Many of the ITE culinary teacher are poached from ITE/ Northlight school.
Standards shouldn’t be to far apart

Can't be compared to lunch .

They also have lunch but it is cheaper as no alcohol (cocktail replaced by mocktail) and 3 course instead of 4 course. Cost $25 nia.
