I also received several times from them, ended up in my Junk mail, domain was indeed from m1.com.sg, but if you hover on the link you'll know it's scam...

And M1 also got put on their website about these emails being scam...

Highly likely is scam!

Their real email should be noreply@m1.com.sg without the hyphen.
Saying this coz I had genuine email from them which does not have the hyphen in their email address.

ya I realised after seeing their ads email.
Tat means email address can be spoofed too?

If want go very technical, check the email message headers. See what IP the email came from. The "From" field can be easily spoofed.
