Got la. Last time at Geylang Bahru hawker there. Every Sunday morning will see mr yacoob Ibrahim or mr 50 years no flood man. But he always sit with his bunch of cronies which I don't pay much attention to
You never cherish the chance to become one of them so that you can enjoy $20 pasta for lunch every day.

Actually fresh pasta isn’t always superior. Dry pasta actually holds some sauces better. Just need to buy good ones, with very light colour and slightly rough texture

It’s Lao goh say Huan. Vote for pap and we’ll have Swiss standard of living :(
Think Swiss standard of living is also brought about by the unique social and political landscape, not just the wealth. Without which, the people won't be where they are today. Even their conscription the terms or options given to people is way much better then local (which is rather rigid and forceful).

Especially now with the social media and internet, which expose and allow people to know more in depth about any place easily.

So, if didn't know then, should know by now, that there is not that many other places can compare, especially local in those two aspects, with Swiss. Only places maybe somewhat similar or better may perhaps be the few N.Eur places.

Thus, it seems gross ignorance or simply act blur trying to smoke, when still trying to insist on that similar comparison.

ya betul....must cook a bit longer to reach al dente. Molisano (but they have limited shapes), Delvedere is nice but Pakcik's favourite (but can no longer afford since 5 years ago) is Rustica. Rustica is sedap...a bit mahal but sedap. Pakcik's tip is use good olive oil, it can really transform the dish.

Did you mean Rustichella d'Abruzzo? After using it once, I felt that I cannot do the pasta justice, so never use it again
