Yup, is half or quarter. I tried at hougang las wk. 1st time. $6.50 sea bass. I flipped over but nthing. Anyway the meat is v tendered n covered w soy sauce n fried garlic. Quite ok. If fnsh everything the rice especially, is quite filling.
