Those in matured estate even the low lease remaining are exp. Otherwise still can find low 600k 5 rm flats

Just follow traditional wisdom, buy as young as possible, buy as big, as close to city, as close to MRT as possible, as big as possible, the more expensive the better.

These 5room resale are going for $800k+++. Sounds about right.
