Apparently it is a private beach. The neighbourhood also looks different from what the picture suggests.

windows have, but must close ...... like the sliding door must close

thats why cannot enjoy sea breeze at the comfort of ur house ...

Unless u dun mind cleaning the house very often.

thats the trade off and many never mention for those beautiful beach houses.

If the perpetrators wants to do harm, they won't care and it looks like got other households around so does not look that private.

Anyway just saying if you are sitting there enjoying the breeze, you won't feel 100% secured.

TBH if I were a celebrity in USA, I wouldn't dare show off my house until I have moved out of it.

Best is to stay in a super exclusive gated community or penthouse in high end condo with private lift.
