Yes I follow recipe..it says preheat but I didn't. Then it says bake at 180 degrees for 15min..but at 12 min it chao ta already. Is it because my oven not for baking? It's those ntuc brand toaster oven.

Butter for baking got what brand for recommendation huh?

You should get a oven, toaster oven is not suitable for baking stuff,more like reheating fried food or toast bread.

yea... better skip the alcohol and sashimi. beef still ok lah.. medium should be alright
