Its an autocratic system of government.

Due to the brainwashing and indoctrination of Sinkies via the education system most have accepted as truth Singapore is a democracy when it fails at the first test.

For a country to be considered a democracy, a change of government must have occured at the ballot box.

Therefore in SEA, Malaysia and Indonesia are democracies but Singapore is not.

Just because you have elections does not make Singapore a democracy. If that were the only yardstick used, some of the worst dictatorships will be considered democracies.
