Better than any noodle in Malaysia and Singapore.

But for people who only eat meat, then it sucks.

To those who cannot eat chili, it also sucks.

This dish especially if eat in restaurants that cater to tourist is very different from the original found in road side stores.

Cater to tourist one is cut down on the spicyness already and some even err taste sweet.

Very rampant especially in Chiang Mai within the square city walls, none of those I tried within the walked city area are authentic
