I got something I need to get off my chest..

Many months back I heard the sound of cats mewing outside my house so I went to check. Turns out inside the drain got 1 mummy cat and 3 kittens around 3-4 months old. All very cute but scared of humans.

So I went and bought some wet cat food for them. They were very apprehensive at first but in the end happily nom the food. I still managed to pet one on the head.

Then the worst thing happened. It started to rain heavily,real heavy rain. So heavy my drains started to flood and the kittens were running left right centre trying to get to higher grounds.

Needless to say, they ran into the central drainage system and I never heard from them again.

I fear the worst for them and even till today, I wished I had manage to grab hold of them before the rain.

Well, it's not your fault, you know. how many strays can we save? As long as we can care for them, even for a short while, it's all worth it. Most probably they are safe somewhere already.
In my case, I got a mummy cat that gave birth to 3 beautiful babies at where I am working, in Joo Chiat Complex. Everyday she will come to my shop and I will feed her. Then someone moved her babies and she frantically search for them. I felt so sad, but luckily she found them in a box, and took them away. And she disappeared for a few days. And I thought she won't come back anymore. But she did. And I will feed her as long as she comes. . I will post her photos here later.
