This is one very plump cat which is actually a stray near a hawker centre but the TCM shop owner also take cares of it. These are the pictures when it was sitting/laying down at the closed tcm shop.

Hi tigerwoods, are you a regular stray cat feeder?
I only started feeding stray cats less than two weeks ago when I accidentally spotted a small skinny white cat one night on my way home.
Other stray cats around my neighborhood seem well fed and not so timid, the white cat was somehow much smaller and skinny therefore I went around looking for it and try my best to feed it.
I would like to ask you, are there certain cats who will always run away when you try to get close to pet it even though you have been feeding it for weeks or even months?

Other strays that happened to be around when I'm feeding the white kitty aren't as "timid/wary", some will come and bua your legs and let you pet them....

I'm just wondering how can I get the white kitty to come close so that I can clean her fur... ><

It takes time to earn the cat's trust.

Try using cat treats and in a squatting position not standing up to be less threatening to the cats.

Cats usually will come to you when you are in a squatting position when you call them.

But some cats are very wary of ppl maybe of past bad experience.
