R9 280x Nov 2016

All of the above is 180~230 for second hand

Which card would you take?

R9 280x if its $230.

But for that price, you could buy a r9 280 new. But really depends on what you really want.

go for the 7970 or 280x for the 3gb ram and performance per dollar. 760 is actually quite weak if you dont overclock it or if it's a bad overclocker, not worth paying 200.
