GPU died

Hi guys, recently my GPU just died on me so I was intending to get one to replace it. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Previous GPU was a sapphire HD 6850 1GB. Looking to replace with same specs or maybe upgrade if budget permits. Budget around 200 ~ 300.
