GPU for media rig

Hey guys,

Need your help to reco a cheap GPU with HDMI port for 1080p media playback on a G3258 + Asrock H81m-DGS rig.
The rig is only used for media playback and some fb games on a 40" TV.

Was looking ard on Lazada and saw the Zotac Geforce 210 1GB @ $39. However, the Zotac website does not states if it has a hdmi port (only list dvi & vga) but the photos shows a hdmi port. So can someone confirm or reco another card.

Budget is as low as possible.

How about trying the 2nd hand market? Can get a better card for that price or cheaper.

1080p only use onboard gpu lah. Just get a dvi to hdmi adapter

Ya lor. That cpu has integrated gpu. For your usage shd be enough

Will the dvi-hdmi adapter carry sound too?

If you want a small, good, power efficient gpu go get Nvidia 750ti.
But in theory, your G3258 IGPU should be enough for you are using for already. Problem is your MOBO don't have HDMI is it?

Answer is NO!!!.
Dvi is Video only no sound.

Yup. Tts y need GPU to carry both vid n audio. I think 750ti too overpower for the usage leh. Was thinking entry level gpu can liao.

I mean i don't wanna connect a separate audio n dvi cable to the tv, tts y wanted a gpu for the hdmi port for both.
