Hey guys!
I've recently built a new rig.
Specs are as followed:

i5 4670k
msi z87m g43
superflower psu 600w hx series
Gigabyte r9 280x OC
8gb ram kingston hyper x
plextor ssd
wd blue hdd

I've got 2 issues when playing games.

Firstly, I would experience driver issues such as

Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
Application dota.exe has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware.

Secondly , If I keep my stock clock for gpu which is 1100mhz, I will experience bsod and it doesn't create a dump file nor text which is hard for me to diagnose the problem. Just a blue screen with artifacts or some sort.

I suspect this might be my psu problem since underclocking my gpu down to 850mhz and below I would only experience the first problem.

I would like to know what I need to do to find the source of the problem or if it's because the drivers are just not stable for the new gpus.

Appreciate any help given.
Thanks in advance.

Did you heed expert advice to disable the pagefile in the system drive (likely the SSD) because pagefile is "extremely bad" due to read/write too much to the SSD?
