For these to grow, environment must be cool, moist or high humidity with enough nutrient. What kind of nutrient can the fan shroud and fan provided?

Might be CSB or that computer placed in the furniture shop/factory with more than enough sawdust for the shrooms.

A thread on reddit actually busted this phenomenon to be staged. Mushrooms can only grow upwards in this manner only when the graphics card fan shroud is faced upwards all the while. If the card is to be installed in that PC machine in its background, those shrooms should have made U turn growth in the opposite way since graphics card will be upside down.
