sherrysim gd news! I was able to play wow at 40-60fps averaging at 50fps in-game and will go up to 100fps when idle/afk at isolated location with no/less players like class halls.
2080 seems quite strong2080ti will be 20% stronger and 2070 will be 20% weaker
just choose based on budget! for 1080p a 580 or newer 590 will be ok at 5/10 settings

Nobody likes 4k?
Smartphone pixel densities are way higher and you can still tell the difference between 1080 and 1444 on smartphones... Heck even smartphones have 4k displays. But I think the gpu power required to run 4k displays for gaming makes it pointless. Maybe in 5 or 10 years time mid range GPUs like 1060/580 will be capable enough to run 4k (and hopefully... 4k monitors come down in price)4K at typical distance of 0.5~0.9m for desktop gaming not really worthwhile? Since the monitor can't be too big (about 24~27" max comfortable size), the pixel size for 4K on these monitor would make it no diff from a QHD to the typical eye if I'm not wrong.

34 inches is slightly too big and induce eye fatigue faster than 27 inches, I believe my ideal size will be 24 inches
depends on the type of game u play, for first person shooters = higher fps, for mmorpg or rts game can go for lower fps
depends on the fps you need too, say if able to maintain >120fps on a 1440p why not?
1440p gaming at 120fps? 2080 or 2080ti
1080ti enough to run x34p @ 120hz?
More then enuf. Just skip one gen to get yours money worth. Performs similar to rtx 2080 without raytracing.1080ti enough to run x34p @ 120hz?
