GPU REGISTERS 4FPS

Hi guys. My laptop was recently giving me a lot of lag issues in games and videos. So, i figured it was my gpu.

GPU GTX 560M
CPU i72630QM

I ran it through Unigine Heaven and the fps that came was only 4. Does this mean my gpu is fried and i need to get a new replacement?
I have reinstalled windows and upgraded all my drivers.
Any insight would be awesome. Thanks!!
