Hi,

Anyone can recommend a shop or technician to repair graphic card?

Asus EKWB RTX 3080, unable to RMA from distro thus finding alternatives. Causing blue screen and freezing.

Thank you in advance.

Out of warranty ?
No display yes, but freeze and blue screen such as your ram issue.
Try to remove your ram and clean the metal contact

Instead of looking for someone to fix it, which I am not sure if it is possible (depending on the issue), why don't you check with Asus international to see if there is a way to RMA / send it back for service? Just make sure it is indeed the GPU because it won't be a cheap RMA since you need to fly it somewhere and possibly fly it back as well. Asus don't offer international warranty as I last checked.

I last check with Asus SG and they said need to contact asus USA. But i tried filling in the USA RMA form and they need all the USA address.

Bought this card from a carousell seller saying its local set but now have issue and found out from Ban Leong this card was sold from amazon US.

Known issue with Asus warranty. A while back, someone ran into the same problem trying to RMA an Amazon US Asus MB.

You might want to ask around whether any of your friends/relatives have someone living in the US to help with the RMA.
