Gpu spoiling?

Hi. I have an asus gtx 750ti that i bought few years back. Recently whenever i play dota the computer always hang and i always have to force shutdown instead of pressing restart button. Cos if i restart my c drive is not detected by the mobo hence cannot boot into windows. Everything will be back to normal whenever i force shutdown and on again.
Another problem is my pc hang in dota when i overclock the memory and clock speed. I only overclock it to the point where the default software allow. Which is +200 on memory and +135 on clock speed. It didnt used to hang back in the past. Is there anyway to see if its spoil? But when i leave everything on default is fine. Only happen recently these 2 weeks.

Since no more warranty, you can try change thermal compound on the gpu.

Also, given its age, lower your oc a bit and try? Maybe memory +150 and core +100. Component start to age liao. Don't push the card too hard if you still want it to last a bit longer.

I see. Thanks for your input. I think it is still under warranty until this year july or aug. Should i send it in and try for replacement or just wait till it die and get a new one instead.

I have just reset my pc. Lets hope everything goes well.

If nothing is wrong (other than oc fail) and everything works on default settings, don't think you're eligible to rma. Warranty don't cover oc.
