GPU thermal pads service?

I'm looking to replace my old Palit GTX 1070 Super Jetstream thermal paste and vrm thermal pads.

Any local shops or peeps here can recommend me where can I send it to do it?

I'm currently undergoing chemotherapy for nose cancer don't really have the energy to do it myself. Sorry if I seem lazy.. apologies..

sorry to hear that... maybe you can check with Nigel (SLS #level 2) and see if he can help but you"ll need to bring it down to his shop.

Not so straightforward as you'll need to know the thermal pads thickness (most likely more than 1 thickness) and replace them. Best if you can Google (or ask Palit) for the specs.

Is the GPU overheating? Otherwise, I don't think it is necessary to replace the thermal pad and paste. The Super Jetstream series have pretty good cooling solution, and the GTX 1070 is not a very hot card in today's standard. If you need 2mm thermal pads and thermal paste, I am happy to send you some via mail.

Anyway I pray that you will have a complete recovery. You should get more rest, and not bothered about hardware and such now.
