Hi all, I am sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this. Asview/Avertek doesn't have a support forum, neither do they have an e-mail.
I have a 6850 that died. Visual artefacts that change at different boot process.
need help to decipher if this has warranty left or if I should go out and buy one now.

From what I can understand
1.the 11 and 12 on the right side is the Year
2. The 12 numbers from 1-12 denotes the month
What does the 1,2,3,4,5 mean?
4 Years of warranty? I was told this GPU only 3 years warranty
